Sunday 15 September, 2:30pm: Tallis Mass for four voices and more
The Joubert Singers is a Hunters Hill community-based choir. We share a love of singing and performing choral music. Established in 1994, this SATB mixed choir presents an annual concert series and participates in choral events and projects with other choirs and orchestras.
Our repertoire is expansive, including larger traditional choral works, music from other cultures and contemporary Australian works. We perform at various times with piano, organ, string ensemble or a capella.
While the Joubert Singers is a non-auditioned choir, its members strive for musical excellence and as a result we have developed a loyal audience from around the local area and wider Sydney.
Incorporated in 2009, Joubert Singers welcomes new members as singers, but also in other capacities to support the choir such as concert production and publicity. Please let us know if you are able to help in these important roles.
You will find a selection of excerpts from our performances in the 'Performances' pages - see the menu bar.
